The electric pallet truck lithium Tymbia CBD20 / 25/30-A2FLIH is designed for professional horizontal transport jobs from Palés, especially in high rotation operations where you need to combine load capacity, speed and comfort for the operator.

The range is available with capacities of 2000, 2500 and 3000kg, all with a cargo center of 600mm. This allows you to select the most suitable version according to the usual weight of the merchandise and the intensity of work.

One of its main features is the folding platform for the operator. The machine can be used in short displacements with a companion driving and deploying the platform for longer paths, reducing physical effort and increasing productivity.

The folding lateral arms provide support and protection when the operator works on the platform. When they are not necessary they can be collected together with the platform to reduce the dimensions of the machine and facilitate maneuvers.

The power supply is made through a 24V ion-lithium system, with standard 205Ah batteries in the 2000kg version, 230Ah in the 2500kg and 280Ah in the 3000kg. The range also supports other compatible battery capabilities according to configuration.

The rapid loading system uses a 24V / 100A charger, allowing to reduce stop times and facilitate work during prolonged days. Autonomy is aimed at covering a working day of approximately 8 hours under adequate conditions of use.

The AC traction engine develops 2,8KW and allows to reach up to 12.5km / h without load. The system incorporates ZAPI electronic control, electrical address and different braking and assistance functions aimed at providing a stable and accurate driving.

Safety is reinforced by automatic curved speed reduction, automatic parking when released controls, emergency stop and different operator presence detection systems.

Your construction Modular and the wide opening of the front cover also facilitate inspection and maintenance operations.
