The electric pallet truck lithium Tymbia CBD16 / 20-C2LIH is designed to carry out professional transport operations of pallets in an agile, silent and efficient way in warehouses, logistics centers, industries, businesses and expedition zones.
The range is available with two nominal capacities: 1600kg and 2000kg, both with a cargo center of 600mm. Its compact design and pedestrian driving allow precise maneuvers even in areas with limited space.
The two versions work by 24V ion-lithium battery. The 1600kg CBD16 is equipped with a 24V / 90Ah battery, while the 2000kg CBD20 increases capacity up to 24V / 150Ah, providing greater autonomy for more intensive operations.
The machine tools an AC tensile motor of 1.1KW and a 2.2 kW lifting motor, both combined with ZAPI electronic control to provide a progressive and accurate response.
Its maximum speed reaches 6 km / h, while the supervable maximum slope reaches 20% without load and 10% with load.
The forks have dimensions of 50 × 155 × 1150mm, with an outside width of 670mm. Its minimum height is only 85mm, facilitating the entry into pallets of different characteristics.
The compact structure offers a total length of 1660mm, a 720mm width and a 1465mm spinning radius, allowing to work efficiently in corridors and reduced circulation areas.
The design also incorporates auxiliary wheels to improve stability, electromagnetic braking, emergency investment device, electric protection and an integrated rudder with easy access controls.
