CHARACTERISTICS

Fully built double body structure (internal and externally) in iron
electrogalvanized steel with thicknesses of mm. 1 to 1.5 mm., cold-pressed,
the whole structure is varnished with epoxydic powders applied in gallery
thermal to 200°C.
Production follows the EN14470-1 standard (production certified by BVQI)
Peculiar insulation formed in high density rock wool fiber panels (exempt
for high temperatures (800°C) and calcium sulfate panels. Paredes
internal cabinet finished in high resistance melamine laminate even to
more aggressive vapors.

The elements used allow excellent isolation and achieve a low weight
set.

• Door with AUTOMATIC CELL in case of opening at an ambient temperature of more than 50oC. Central CLOSURE with door lock key.
• With door restraint that allows the door fixing in any position for better product handling.
• PIES adjustable anglers for a perfect closing of the door.
• Door with internal and equal-length BISAGRAS SYSTEM, anti-chispas, which ensures a perfect closure, includes 3 cm wide thermocolatable AISLAMIENT BOARDs (DIN 4102) on all sides of the door and within frame.
• SUPERIOR OFFICE 100 mm. diameter for installation of accessory extractor.
• Certified air input and output channels with automatic shutdown (at 70°C), arranged at the top and bottom of the cabinet, without maintenance, with 90-minute certified fire resistance.
• 3 STANTS in dimensions 493x420x39 mm., in the form of a tray, IN ACERO , (with a load capacity of 60 kg , and a volume of 7 liters). The height of the shelf can be adjusted in height.
• RETENTION CUBETA in dimensions 493x445x100 mm., in epoxy steel with 20 liters of capacity, with perforated cover allowing its use as an additional shelf.
• Ground connection BORNE for prevention of electrostatic charges.
• GARANTIA, the warranty offered by the manufacturer is 2 years.
