New system of weighing hydraulic overload control for electric stacker, weighs the load in just 5 seconds, measuring the pressure in the hydraulic lifting system. In addition, the operator warns if the preset lifting limit has been exceeded.
When the truck operator weighs a load, the load bar will keep you informed about your weight in relation to the maximum lifting capacity. If the operator tries to rise above the preset lifting limit, both the integrated audible alarm and the electric relay will be activated.

Fully adjustable, does not affect hydraulic lifting performance, and improves site security. The system also works on telescopic wheelbarrows, container trucks, shovel loaders and front loaders.
