HORQUILLAS ANTIDEFLAGRANT ATEX
ATEX anti-inflammatory forks specially made for wheelbarrows working in industries such as chemical or with potential explosion hazards.
These blades have two coatings, one of 4 mm external thickness on the sheet of the fork and another 1 mm thick interior at the bottom. This is the one who acts as a witness of wear when differentiated perfectly from the other.
According to EN 1755, in the areas of work such as anti-explosion or in industries working with chemicals, forks should be replaced by new ones when the coating reaches 1 mm. thick.
Until now it was not possible to determine it in an easy and visual way, so it was necessary to make wear measurements almost daily or very periodic to check their wear status. With these forks we save that time to determine whether to replace them in a very easy and visual way because two different materials are used, in color also, in order to visualize their wear in a comfortable and very visual way. This feature provides a safety plus and comfort to the operators who use them.
These nails also have ATEX certification.
