Trilateral truck MCC16

The electric trirow Tymbia 1600kg MCC16 Series is developed for logistics facilities that need to maximize the use of both the surface and the height of the warehouse.

Its nominal capacity is 1600kg with a cargo center of 600mm and has a driving position that allows to work standing or sitting, providing flexibility for displacement, preparation of orders and intensive storage operations.

The MCC16 range is available in different mast configurations to adapt to different work heights. The MCC16 version uses duplex mast, while the MCC16SQ and MCC16H versions use Triplex masts with total free elevation.

In the highest configuration, the MCC16H can reach 12,500mm lifting through the main mast. In addition, all versions incorporate an auxiliary elevation of 1700 mm, so the maximum top elevation height reaches 14.200mm.

The machine is designed to work in very narrow hacks. The MCC16 and MCC16SQ versions require approximately 1650 mm of stacking hall, while the high-height version MCC16H requires approximately 1800mm.

The electrical system uses AC technology, EPS assisted steering and regenerative and hydraulic braking. The MCC16 and MCC16SQ mount a 8 kW traction engine, while the MCC16H increases the power up to 9.5kW. All versions incorporate a 21KW lifting engine.

The equipment is oriented to high-precision professional jobs, with HD camera, positioning laser, height pre-selection, automatic forkfishing and different automatic functions to streamline operations within the hall.
