Trilateral Trolley MC12 & 16

The electric trirow Tymbia MC12 / 16 is designed to maximize storage capacity in facilities with very narrow halls, allowing pallet manipulating on both sides of the corridor without the need to completely turn the machine.

The range is available with nominal capacities of 1200 and 1600kg, incorporating a compact and ergonomic foot driving stall. Depending on the version, the cargo center is between 500 and 600mm.

The main element of the machine is its fully electric trilateral head, capable of rotating the 180 ° forks and moving them laterally. This allows you to collect and deposit goods on the left and right on the hall holding the trolley aligned with the direction of March.

Thanks to this system, the versions of 1200 kg can work with a minimum stacking hall of approximately 1500mm, while the versions of 1600kg require approximately 1600mm, allowing significantly increasing the storage density.

The standard configurations offer lifting heights of 3000 and 4500mm, although the range has different duplex masts and trimplex with free lifting that allow reaching up to about 9000mm in the versions of 1200kg and up to 10,000mm in the Versions of 1600kg.

The power supply uses an electric system of 48V, with low maintenance AC engines. The traction engine develops 5.5kw, while the lifting engine provides 15kW. Electric power steering EPS allows accurate maneuvers with a low effort by the operator.

The driving position incorporates backup, leg support, armrests, electric proportional control and a high-definition control panel showing relevant information during operation, including the angle of the drive wheel.

In addition, the machine can work by mechanical guidance by rails or, optionally, by magnetic guidance, allowing adapting the installation to the characteristics of the warehouse.
