Articulated trilateral truck MJ20 / 30

The electrical articulated trilateral trucks Tymbia MJ20 and MJ30 are designed to increase the storage capacity of warehouses and logistics centers through work in very narrow corridors and racking and shelving of great height.

Its main characteristic is the articulated mast with a turn of up to 210 °, which allows to place and remove pallets both right and to the left of the hall without the need to completely turn the truck. This configuration considerably reduces the space required for maneuvers and allows to increase storage density.

The range is composed of the MJ20 of 2000kg and the MJ30 of 3000kg, both with a cargo center of 600mm.

The MJ20 is the configuration aimed at reaching the highest heights. In wide chassis version it supports masts from about 4600 to 12,500mm, while the narrow chassis version reaches up to 10,000mm.

The MJ30 increases the nominal capacity up to 3000kg and has elevation configurations from about 4600 to 8000mm, being especially suitable when combining work in narrow corridor with heavier loads.

Both machines have troxx mast with total free lifting, 80V / 460Ah lithium battery, sitting driving position and AC tensile engine of 16.3kw.

The MJ20 incorporates an AC lifting motor of 16 kW, while the MJ30 increases the lifting power up to 21kW.

The maximum displacement speed reaches 13 km / h without load and the spinning radius is 2200mm in both models. This combination allows to perform agile displacements between work areas while maintaining a high precision during stacking operations.

The driving position has a seat with suspension, hydraulic power steering, ergonomic controls, good mast visibility and different security systems aimed at facilitating repetitive work at high altitude.
