MCK40 multidirectional trolley

The electric multidirectional trolley Tymbia MQK40 of 4000kg is designed to combine the handling of long loads with the transport and stacking of standard pallets, allowing work to work in warehouses where space optimization and maneuverability are priority factors.

Its integral traction system with three independent steering wheels allows you to perform front, side and diagonal displacements, as well as rotate on your own axis. This configuration greatly facilitates the handling of materials of great length and reduces the space needed to maneuver against a conventional counterweight truck.

It has a nominal capacity of 4000 kg with a cargo center of 600 mm. The standard model reaches a maximum elevation height of 7500mm, also existing mast configurations with lower heights to adapt to different installations.

The MQK40 uses a total lifting troxplex mast, specially designed to provide good visibility and stability during stacking work. Its system includes two front and rear lifting cylinders and a free lifting side cylinder.

The power supply is made by a lithium battery of 80V / 600Ah, with a battery weight of 830 kg. The electrical system combines three 4.5 kW t-t-drive engines each with an AC lifting motor of 21 kW, providing sufficient power for intensive operations.

The front and lateral displacement speed is between 10 and 12 km / h, allowing to maintain good productivity in both conventional movements and multidirectional operations.

Its compact design allows to work with a minimum width of stacking hall of approximately 3200mm, depending on the pallet and the work settings.

The sitting driving position incorporates electrical power steering, multifunction joystick with adjustable armrest and a separate screen that allows you to view the wheel steering angle.

The machine also incorporates System of presence of the OPS operator, electromagnetic brake and a reinforced mast structure to reduce the oscillations during high work.
