Forklift Lithium Hyundai 2500kg Be-X Series

The forklift Lithium Hyundai 25BE-X of 2500kg is designed for professional cargo, unloading, transportation and goods storage jobs in logistics centers, warehouses and industrial facilities.

It has a nominal capacity of 2500kg and 500mm cargo center, offering a compact and robust solution for the daily manipulation of pallets and loads. The BE-X series is aimed at combining productivity, low energy consumption and ease of maintenance.

The standard web configuration tools a TRIPX TF mast of 4700mm, with free lifting and a central cylinder. The mast allows to reach a high working height while maintaining a recreated height contained, especially useful in warehouses and areas with height limitations.

The feed is made by a 51.2v / 450Ah factory lithium-ion battery, accompanied by a Li-ion charger of 100 A, 3P + N / 400 V. This configuration replaces other generic contemplated battery alternatives for the range

The machine incorporates 45 × 100 × 1200mm forks, loading backrest and fem-type bride. In addition, it tools a Hook-on-type FMN01 + lateral displacer, allowing laterally correcting the position of the load without the need to reposition the entire wheelbarrow.

The hydraulic circuit has a 3-way distributor and 3 hydraulic lines integrated in the mast, providing an installation prepared for the lateral displacer and the necessary hydraulic movements.

Safety, the configuration includes interlocking the safety belt and OPSS system, which limits the scroll and lifting functions when it is not detected correctly to the operator in the seat. Hyundai also incorporates into the Be-X anti-subtrane system and different control and warning systems.

The driving position tools a PVC Grammer seat with left and right armrest, panoramic mirror, instrumentation panel and assisted direction, seeking to reduce operator fatigue during prolonged days.
