The forklift Lithium Hyundai 20BE-X of 2000kg is configured for professional support, loading, unloading and storage in logistics centers, warehouses and industrial facilities.

This configuration has a nominal capacity of 2000kg with a 500mm charging center and equip a TRIMLEX TF mast of 4700mm, providing a good combination between lifting height, compact dimensions and working capacity indoors.

The mast incorporates free lifting and a central cylinder, allowing to raise the forks initially without increasing the total height of the mast. This feature is especially useful in warehouses, limited height zones and loading and unloading operations.

The power supply is made by means of a lithium-ion battery of 51.2V / 300Ah, accompanied by a 100A factory charger with 3P + N / 400 V three-phase feeding. Lithium technology allows to simplify loading and maintenance tasks against configurations Conventional

Equip for forks of 45 × 100 × 1200mm, FEM type and a Hook-ON lateral displacer type, facilitating the precise positioning of the pallets without continuously repositioning the Machine.

The hydraulic system includes a 3-way distributor and 3 hydraulic lines integrated in the mast, leaving the machine prepared for the operation of the lateral displacer and the corresponding hydraulic movements.

In terms of safety, it incorporates interlocking the safety belt and OPSS system, which limits the functions of displacement and lifting when it does not correctly detect the presence of the operator. The equipment is completed with panoramic mirror, load backrest, orange LED beacon and front LED work lights.

The driving position incorporates Grammer PVC seat with left and right armrests, designed to improve comfort during prolonged days. The tilt of the mast is 5 ° forward and 5 ° backward, allowing adequately adjusting the position of the load.
