Pallet exchanger with capacity of 2000kg

With our Tymbia PLS Exchanger, you can change your pooling pallets to loss, or vice versa in a matter of seconds.

Operation:

1. The pallet is placed with the donor load at the station and is pushed continuously and safely on the angular self slides.
2. The pallet change is made by a single person, working comfortably and safely from the wheelbarrow, whether it is a stacker of aborted man or forklift.
3. It works without the need for hydraulic system or energy-consuming engines.

Change in seconds:

1. The loaded donor pallet is placed on the lifting rollers, at the bottom of the equipment, the load rests on the anti-roll pads.
2. The empty receiver pallet is placed directly in front of this, thanks to the lifting rollers we can make the change also when the receiver pallet is higher than the donor, we will adjust the pallets one against another with the ones forklift or mounting, pushing the donor pallet with the receiver in a continuous and constant way, without making stoppages during the change manoeuvre.
3. In performing the manoeuvre, the donor pallet will be expelled from the back of the team, leaving the load on the receiver, respecting the traceability and order of the products that were loaded on the donor and without the need to re-package the load only to the binding on the pallet.
4. The donor pallet will be empty in seconds and available for incorporation into your production chain or returned to the pooling.
